Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an experienced policy professional to join the Business Policies & Procedures (BPP) Team. You will lead policy development, implement changes, and monitor regulatory impacts across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Product teams to ensure policy effectiveness and risk mitigation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in private banking policy or related change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 6 years in private banking policy work.
• Experience in sales, suitability, pricing, investor classification or regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage senior stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement for BPP Team policies.
• Manage governance forums such as Sales & Advisory Committee and NBPA Committee.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive change for affected BPP policies.
• Develop tools and controls to ensure ongoing policy compliance.
• Support post-implementation reviews and collect user feedback on policy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Group Audit, and Product teams across the Bank.
