Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join the Business Policies & Procedures Team to enhance policy development and governance across the bank. You will implement, monitor, and continuously improve BPP policies, engage across three lines of defence, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Audit and Product teams to drive regulatory compliance and business enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in private banking with policy focus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of BPP policies.
• Manage governance forums such as Sales & Advisory Committee.
• Monitor regulatory developments and lead change for BPP policies.
• Develop tools and controls to ensure policy compliance.
• Support post-implementation reviews and gather user feedback.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Product teams.
