Randstad Singapore seeks a visionary Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Commercial Development to lead long-term master planning, positioning, and experiential strategy for flagship redevelopments and luxury precincts.

You will orchestrate multi-phase master plans, cultivate exclusive partnerships with luxury brands, and align cross-functional teams to maximise dwell time and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial master planning or real estate development within luxury destinations or flagship regional assets.
• Elite network of relationships with global retail principals, luxury brands, and experiential lifestyle operators.

As Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Commercial Development, you will spearhead the long-term master planning, conceptual positioning, and experiential commercial strategy across flagship redevelopments and luxury precincts.

Responsibilities

• Master Planning & Concept Creation: Drive end-to-end commercial master planning and spatial zoning for multi-phase developments, designing non-traditional, experiential retail and F&B footprints that captivate diverse guest profiles.
• Out-of-the-Box Experiential Strategy: Conceptualise and execute high-impact, destination-driving initiatives, such as exclusive luxury pop-ups and immersive lifestyle concepts, that entice high-spending guests beyond traditional shopping.
• High-Level Prospecting & Deal Architecture: Leverage personal C-suite networks across luxury conglomerates, global lifestyle brands, and F&B groups to pitch, negotiate, and anchor marquee partnerships and flagship concepts.
• Cross-Functional Ecosystem Alignment: Partner with senior leadership across the relevant teams and stakeholders, to create synergistic tenant activation that maximise dwell time and overall spend.
• Portfolio P&L & Investment Feasibility: Oversee long-term commercial yield strategy, capital expenditure models for asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), and revenue-share frameworks to ensure sustainable, high-yield commercial productivity.

Skills and experience required

• Proven Executive Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial master planning, strategic leasing, or real estate development within top-tier, luxury destination developments, or flagship regional assets.
