Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a visionary Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Commercial Development to lead long-term master planning, positioning, and experiential strategy for flagship redevelopments and luxury precincts.

You will orchestrate multi-phase master plans, cultivate exclusive partnerships with luxury brands, and align cross-functional teams to maximise dwell time and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial master planning or real estate development within luxury destinations or flagship regional assets.
• Elite network of relationships with global retail principals, luxury brands, and experiential lifestyle operators.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end commercial master planning and spatial zoning for multi-phase developments.
• Conceptualise and execute experiential luxury strategies, including exclusive pop-ups and immersive lifestyle concepts.
• Leverage C-suite networks to pitch, negotiate, and anchor partnerships and flagship concepts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align tenant activation and maximise dwell time and spend.
• Oversee long-term commercial yield, AEIs, and revenue-share frameworks to ensure high productivity.
