Job summary

State Street Singapore seeks a Vice President to service clients in Real Assets, partner with clients and colleagues to set workflow and deadlines, and supervise staff while delivering reporting and day-to-day accounting for portfolios.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with fund agreements. Requires accounting degree, 12+ years GL/audit, 6+ years leadership, CPA or CPA candidate, and Real Estate/Fund/PE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.
• 12+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience required.
• 6+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with client personnel and fund investors.
• Review quarterly/annual financial work papers including schedules and allocations.
• Review financial statements and footnotes; coordinate tax work papers.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax return preparation with Big 4 firms.
• Ensure compliance with investment fund documents and partnership agreements.
• Maintain strong internal workflow to meet client deliverables.
