Job summary

Qualifications

• Distinguished executive-level experience leading SRE/production engineering in complex environments.
• Proven track record defining enterprise SRE strategies and scaling leadership teams.
• Fluency in DORA metrics, SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reliability strategy and resilience objectives.
• Establish enterprise observability strategy and investment roadmap.
• Define the enterprise incident management framework and resilience standards.
• Define enterprise service performance strategy (SLO/SLA management).
• Lead automation strategy and AI-enabled reliability improvements.
