Job summary

Ambition seeks a Senior Vice President, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead enterprise reliability strategy, observability, and resilience across critical platforms. You will build and guide a world-class SRE organization, driving reliability as a strategic business capability while partnering with Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business functions in Singapore.

The role requires 15+ years in SRE/Platform Engineering, strong leadership of large teams, and deep governance

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Production Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or large-scale Technology Operations.
Significant leadership experience managing senior engineering and operational teams within highly complex, always-on environments.
Proven success in defining and implementing enterprise reliability strategies across large-scale platforms and services.
Experience operating within highly regulated industries with strong governance, risk, audit, compliance, and resilience understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead and define enterprise reliability, observability, automation, and operational resilience strategy across mission-critical platforms.
Build and scale a world-class SRE organization and drive reliability as a strategic business capability.
Collaborate with senior technology and business leaders to align reliability outcomes with regulatory requirements and transformation initiatives.
