Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking a SVP/ED, Site Reliability Engineering to shape enterprise reliability, observability, automation and resilience across critical platforms. This leader will set the long-term SRE vision and operating model, elevating standards and aligning reliability with business goals.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading SRE/DevSecOps in mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to scale leadership teams and embed reliability standards.
• Fluency with DORA, SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience with observability platforms and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Regulated, high-availability environment experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and vendor skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; advanced qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reliability strategy and resilience objectives.
• Establish enterprise observability strategy and investment roadmap.
• Define enterprise incident management framework and resilience standards.
• Define enterprise service performance strategy.
• Lead AI-enabled reliability initiatives and agentic AI adoption.
• Partner with executives to align reliability with business strategy.
• Provide executive leadership during major incidents and crises.
