Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a senior executive to lead Site Reliability Engineering, shaping enterprise reliability, observability, automation and operational resilience for critical platforms and services. You will set the long‑term SRE vision, elevate standards and partner with business, technology, risk and audit to align investments with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Distinguished executive-level experience leading Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, production engineering or large-scale technology operations within complex, always-on, mission-critical environments.
• Strong fluency in DORA, SLIs, SLOs and error budgets with proven scaling of leadership teams.
• Technical stack includes observability platforms and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS multi-account, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reliability strategy and resilience objectives.
• Establish enterprise observability strategy and investment roadmap.
• Define the enterprise incident management framework and resilience standards.
• Define enterprise service performance strategy (SLO/SLA).
• Lead automation strategy and AI-enabled reliability initiatives.
• Develop organisational scalability and performance roadmaps.
• Own enterprise resilience and continuity planning.
• Define cloud operations and platform reliability strategy.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements through operational risk planning.
• Build enterprise SRE capability and workforce development.
