Job summary

DBS, a leading bank in Asia, seeks a high-calibre Vice President, Regional Product Manager for Wealth Lending within Consumer Banking Group. You will shape and scale the wealth lending franchise, owning end-to-end product management, and drive growth across Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of wealth lending, lending product management, or portfolio financing experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth lending products including securities-backed and collateral-based credit structures.
• Experience in developing, launching, commercialising, and managing lending products to drive growth.
• Ability to collaborate with Wealth, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, Platform, Legal, Compliance, and Project teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management of wealth lending solutions across Lombard lending and securities-backed financing.
• Define strategy, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap for wealth lending portfolios.
• Lead design and establishment of lending programmes to support regional growth.
• Identify market opportunities and develop new features and capabilities for wealth lending.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable product frameworks and operating models.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and commercialization through engagement with front-office teams.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities, features, and value propositions.
