DBS Asia Central is seeking a senior leader to own the Wealth Solutions Platform strategy for North Asia, guiding digital transformation and the development of innovative wealth offerings. You will steer program delivery, architecture decisions, and client-centric enhancements in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, risk, and distribution to ensure competitive, compliant wealth solutions and tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in wealth management, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and platform initiatives
• Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including capital markets, treasury, and wealth lending products and services
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business results
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the wealth management industry
