Job summary

DBS Bank seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end wealth lending solutions across the wealth continuum, including Lombard lending and securities-backed financing. You will define strategy, drive program design, and commercialize products across markets.

You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to ensure governance and lifecycle management, while tracking performance and optimizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in lending product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product management of wealth lending solutions, including Lombard lending, securities-backed financing, and bespoke structured credit offerings.
• Define product strategy, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap for the wealth lending portfolio.
• Lead the design and establishment of lending programmes to support business growth across wealth segments.
• Drive product commercialization through engagement with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and Wealth teams; provide guidance on capabilities and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology during development and governance of lending programmes.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing enhancement, including repricing or retirement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, trends, utilization, and profitability; drive process and operating model improvements.
• Harmonize product offerings regionally to maintain consistency across markets.
