Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Management professional to lead end-to-end delivery of equity and wealth initiatives across regional markets, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely outcomes.

You will work with business units, design teams, and vendors to develop artefacts, coordinate UAT, and monitor platform performance while supporting deployments and driving adoption across trading journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance with 3–5 years of requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with wealth investment products, particularly equities.
• Solid IT exposure to banking/wealth platforms such as Avaloq.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of equity and wealth initiatives across regional markets.
• Collaborate with business units and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Review journey flows and screen designs for regulatory alignment.
• Create and maintain project artefacts and documentation.
• Coordinate UAT with manual and automation testing teams.
• Support order management and platform functionality across trading journeys.
• Review sprint plans and test strategies with technology teams.
• Monitor platform performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support deployment and post-go-live activities with training and support.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and growth.
