Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development within banking or financial services.
• Experience managing, coaching or leading a sales or acquisition team.
• Strong knowledge of affluent customer needs, banking products and wealth solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering acquisition, referral or revenue outcomes through a team.
• Strong leadership and performance-management skills.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, KYC, AML, conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Premier customer acquisition across referral channels.
• Develop and execute acquisition plans with stakeholders to improve conversion rates.
• Coach Premier Business Development Managers and develop talent.
• Deliver customer-focused wealth banking solutions with smooth onboarding.
• Maintain AML/KYC controls and risk management throughout onboarding and active pipelines.
• Collaborate with Premier Relationship Managers, operations, risk, marketing and digital teams.
