Job summary

Amethyst Partners, an international fund administration firm, seeks an experienced professional in Singapore to lead fund accounting for Real Estate clients. You will manage relationships, prepare financial statements, and oversee reporting and capital activity with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting/fund accounting within Real Estate, solid client and team management, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification.
• At least 5 years of accounting, audit, or fund accounting experience with Real Estate exposure.
• Strong client relationship management and team leadership abilities.
• Good real estate industry knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships to provide fund accounting services.
• Review and prepare fund accounting outputs for Real Estate clients, including financial statements and allocations.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting packages and working papers.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and partner transfers and reports.
• Review client partnership agreements, PPMs, and related materials.
• Act as liaison with auditors, legal counsel, and property managers.
• Assist in new fund onboarding and cross-department collaboration.
