Job summary

IQ-EQ Singapore seeks a Finance Professional specializing in Real Estate fund accounting to manage client reporting, NAV reviews and quarterly KPIs. You will oversee a portfolio of RE clients, ensuring timely, accurate statements and compliance with SLAs, while driving process improvements and risk controls.

The role requires 5+ years in RE fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Investran and Yardi within a Global Investor Services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management accounting or fund accounting within real estate
• Experience reviewing NAV, financial statements and ad hoc client deliverables
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate data

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of RE clients, ensuring timely reporting to clients
• Review NAV, financial statements and ad hoc tasks for designated clients
• Develop and report KPIs; ensure SLA compliance and timely resourcing
• Maintain risk controls and provide guidance to Back Office on client work
