Job summary

State Street Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced professional to join the Alternative Investment Solutions team in Singapore.

The role focuses on client engagement, service delivery and management of staff to deliver timely, accurate fund accounting and reporting for real estate and private equity funds. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and external partners, overseeing NAV calculations and annual audits, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting and professional qualification required.
• 10 years of accounting experience including private equity and/or real estate funds, with some managerial experience.
• Sound knowledge of FRS/IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with process improvement and system implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships and take ownership of client communication and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Understand fund agreements; guide staff on key terms and accounting matters.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly deliverables meet client expectations and standards.
• Review fund governing documents and maintain robust internal controls and processes.
• Manage staff performance and development; oversee offshore delivery quality.
• Lead special client and corporate projects and internal reporting.
