Job summary

The Bank of New York Mellon in Singapore seeks a VP, Production Services Application Support to strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management across the Risk & Regulatory Execution Services team.

This role owns end-to-end delivery with accountability and urgency, champions automation and AI-enabled tooling, and partners with engineering, operations, and front-office to improve platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in global markets or financial services.
• Experience in production services / application support for mission-critical platforms.
• Knowledge of FX/Options and Futures market data systems.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, CI/CD pipelines and messaging systems like Kafka/MQ.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident, problem, and change management across regions.
• Own end-to-end delivery with accountability and urgency.
