Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President, Equities Production Services Application Support to join our FX Execution Services team in Singapore. You will own operational discipline, incident and change management, and drive end-to-end delivery for mission-critical trading platforms.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled tooling, platform resiliency, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, trading, and operations, and leadership across global follow-the-sun support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of IT experience, with preference for global markets/electronic trading experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident, problem, and change management across regions.
• Drive automation-first initiatives and AI-enabled tooling to reduce toil.
• Ensure platform stability, SLA performance, and rapid recovery during incidents.
