Job summary

The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking an SVP, Production Services Application Support to join the Securities Finance team in Singapore. This senior role focuses on incident and change management, automation, and end-to-end ownership to enhance platform stability and service quality.

You will work with Windows and Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging systems like Kafka and MQ, collaborating with engineering, trading, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant platform services

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global production services/application support for mission-critical platforms across regions.
• Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management with measurable stability improvements.
• Automation-first and AI-enabled mindset with tooling, observability, and process automation experience.
• Strong ownership mentality from concept through delivery and sustainable outcomes.
• Deep technical/operational experience across production environments including monitoring, resiliency, cloud, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management to reduce repeat issues and risk.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives with accountability, urgency, and quality.
• Champion automation-first initiatives, AI-enabled tooling, and scalable support models.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering collaboration for platform stability.
• Provide leadership across Securities Finance platform and related services.
• Engage stakeholders across front office trading, operations, and engineering to govern critical services.
