Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of IT experience with global markets, electronic trading, or financial services.
• Experience in production services/Application support for mission-critical platforms across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management to reduce risk.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from concept to delivery with accountability.
• Champion automation-first practices, AI-enabled tooling, and proactive support.
• Lead global follow-the-sun support across US, EMEA, APAC.
• Provide domain leadership for Equities platforms and trading workflows.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, and engineering for governance.
