About the Role

This is a full‑time hybrid role that require individual that originated and based out of Singapore/Malaysia.

This is a managerial role – that would require the individual have the professional experience to drive, lead and manage a team of no more than five individual who is responsible for the marketing of the product for the ASEAN (incl. Japan region).

Requirements

Although this is not a pre‑requisite – Candidate should be open to international travel no more than twice per years to meet up with our partners and suppliers within the region to understand more about their product; marketing and engineering aspect of their products and services.

Candidate would be required to have very high level of English competency, be able to deliver B2B marketing concept, communicate technical and engineering jargon to domain‑expert in their respective field.

Candidate would require to establish a certain level of performance matrix to ensure that all team‑member’s performance under their charges is measured, quantified and code of conduct are adhered against.

Understanding of basic and elementary of marketing would be a pre‑requisite and this role is situated between marketing and engineering team.
