Job summary

Amethyst Partners in Singapore seeks a VP/SVP/Director to lead Private Credit / Private Debt Fund Services. Based in Singapore, you will manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor servicing for private credit funds, ensuring timely deliverables and high service quality.

You will supervise a team, liaise with banks, auditors, and clients, and drive strong client relationships while supporting new fund onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in fund accounting/advisory for private credit/private debt funds.
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting/administration for private credit funds.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations and related reporting.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and reports.
• Oversee payments and other fund transactions.
• Liaise with clients to ensure service quality and timely deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audits.
• Mentor junior staff and guide team members.
