Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks an Assistant Vice President - Private Equity to administer a portfolio of Private Equity funds and lead a small accounting team in Singapore.

The role involves NAV calculations, financial statements, investor communications and compliance with SLAs. Expect a senior accounting professional with 6+ years in private equity or asset management, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, and strong client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years' accounting experience in financial services, esp. Private Equity.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP.
• Experience reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
• IFRS consolidation knowledge.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Supervisory experience (3–4 years).
• Strong client relationship management and business acumen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise accounting systems.
• Experience with Investran or other Private Equity systems (e.g., E-Front).

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
• Coordinate and review financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinate and review carried interest, performance and incentive fees calculations.
• Coordinate investor capital calls, distributions and equalisations calculations.
• Coordinate partner capital account statements and payments processing.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work performed.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and liaise with Investor Relations.
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks and auditors.
• Assist auditors and other fund participants; participate in client presentations.
• Monitor compliance with service agreements and participate in strategic projects.
