Job summary

Amyethyst Asia Partners is seeking a Senior Manager – Private Equity Fund Accounting to lead the Singapore fund accounting team and oversee client reporting and audits. The role combines technical fund accounting with client servicing and team development.

You will manage delivery across Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, coaching staff and driving process improvements while maintaining high service standards for diverse client portfolios in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Accounting and Finance experience, preferably Private Equity, Venture Capital or Private Markets fund accounting.
• Strong technical understanding of fund accounting and administration across private markets funds.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing fund accounting teams.
• Experience with fund accounting platforms such as Investran, eFront, Allvue or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of fund accountants, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients.
• Oversee and review fund accounting and administration for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.
• Review fund transactions, accounting records, fee calculations and client reporting.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery across assigned client portfolios.
• Review financial and operational reports and address complex accounting matters where required.
• Support clients and auditors through audit processes and related enquiries.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients on fund accounting and service delivery matters.
• Coach and develop team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Participate in strategic planning and initiatives to improve processes, controls and team performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the wider fund administration function.
