Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Vice President of Fund Accounting in Singapore to lead accounting for private credit funds, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements. You will oversee NAV calculations, audits, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Citco policies.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in fund administration or related fields, strong knowledge of waterfall structures, and experience with Investran or eFront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA)
• 8+ years’ experience in fund administration, accounting or audit with strong private credit experience
• Knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale fund/tech reengineering initiatives in PE, hedge funds and fund of funds
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience reviewing ledgers and financial statements

Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting for private credit funds and managers
• Manage client relationships in line with SLAs and Citco procedures
• Coordinate with Client Integration and Client Service teams
• Oversee external audit processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external/regulatory standards
• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements, and partnership allocations
• Drive process improvements and technology automation
