Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. Private Banking unit serves HNW/UHNW clients with bespoke advice and curated wealth solutions across assets, leveraging DBS' platform and global network.

The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients in the NRI market, delivering tailored strategies and cross-border opportunities. You will work with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists to provide sound financial guidance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions and deep expertise of the NRI market.
• Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the NRI Market.
• Implement geographically focused strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
• Build and develop a deep understanding of clients' investment needs.
• Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with the Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth journeys and work to continually strengthen the client relationships.
• Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.
