Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a VP, Business Management & Change in Private Banking to drive workstream deliverables across strategic projects and provide senior management with clear oversight.

You will coordinate stakeholders, conduct business and impact assessments across customer, regulatory, operational, finance and technology workstreams, and lead Front Office initiatives, remediation activities and platform management.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience in private banking, preferably in business management or platform management.
• Strong understanding of private banking practices, policies, platforms, products and services.
• Self-motivated, proactive with independent judgement and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Adaptable with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in evolving business requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills; strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate workstream deliverables across strategic projects, tracking progress, managing dependencies and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action plans.
• Conduct business and impact assessments across customer, regulatory, operational, finance and technology workstreams to support effective decision-making and change implementation.
• Drive Front Office initiatives, business reviews and remediation activities, preparing management information (MI) and progress updates to provide senior management with clear oversight.
• Support Private Banking platform management and BAU activities, including third-party and outsourcing management, process simplification, business continuity, change delivery and AI initiatives, while collaborating with Front, Middle and Back Office stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee platform-related risks and controls, ensuring adherence to L1 and L2 control requirements, embedding global, regional and local policies, and driving the design, implementation and remediation of controls to address emerging risks and compliance gaps.
