Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within banking or financial services.
• Experience managing, coaching or leading a sales or acquisition team.
• Strong knowledge of affluent customer needs, banking products and wealth solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering acquisition or revenue outcomes through a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and acquisition objectives for Premier customers.
• Develop and execute acquisition plans across referral channels to improve conversion rates.
• Strengthen collaboration across HSBC businesses to improve the customer proposition.
• Monitor pipeline activity and performance; take action when off track.
• Coach Premier Business Development Managers and support recruitment and onboarding.
