Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in a corporate/financial services environment.
• Experience providing strategic HR advisory to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix organization and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders on organizational design, employee relations, compensation, staffing, and talent management.
• Provide practical, compliant HR guidance aligned with regulatory policies.
• Coordinate leadership and succession planning and identify future leaders.
• Advise on flexible working, grievances, disciplinary issues, and redundancies as needed.
• Support compensation processes and educate managers on compensation philosophy.
