Job summary

Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned regional HR leader to shape HR strategy and provide advisory support across Asia Pacific. You will partner with senior leadership, drive workforce planning, and oversee HRIS projects and governance across multiple countries.

The role requires leading regional HR initiatives, implementing policies, and coaching senior leaders through change while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. A dynamic, multinational environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business admin or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with regional exposure.
• Proven track record leading HR implementation projects (HRIS, process transformation, shared services, org redesign).
• Strong background in change management and organizational development.
• Experience supporting multiple countries across Asia Pacific.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strategic and commercially minded HR professional.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in MNCs undergoing transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide HR advisory and operational support across regional offices.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning strategies.
• Lead regional HR projects, including HRIS implementation, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple countries.
• Ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Drive organizational change initiatives resulting from growth, restructuring, M&A, or process improvements.
• Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coach and support leaders through transformation and change, monitoring adoption rates.
• Partner with business leaders and country HR teams to address employee relations matters.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture across the region.
• Manage and influence key internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead regional learning and development initiatives.
• Support leadership development and employee engagement programs.
• Identify capability gaps and implement development solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regional policies.
• Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure best practice implementation.
• Manage HR audits and governance requirements where applicable.
