SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive the organisation's people agenda and develop a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Vice President, you will partner with senior management to shape and execute people strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, retention, leadership development and governance. You will lead an HR team, manage budgets and ensure compliance with employment law.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with broad HR expertise.
• Strong track record in talent management, employee engagement, HR governance and organisational development.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen with experience in managing HR budgets and resources.
