- Experience leveraging AI, automation or emerging technologies in research is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4–5 researchers for Consumer Banking's retail portfolio.
- Partner with Design, Product, Data, Technology, and Business stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for research excellence.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations influencing product and business decisions.
- Develop talent and advance the research practice across DBS.
