DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join the Research and Insights team in Group Design. You will run end-to-end studies shaping how clients and employees experience digital banking and wealth products from discovery through to usability evaluation of live journeys.

You will scope questions with design, product and business stakeholders, choose methods, and decide when research is essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years of end-to-end research experience.
• Strong in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience with AI in research workflows.
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Scope research questions with design, product and business stakeholders.
• Identify when research is required and when best practices are sufficient.
• Conduct discovery interviews, concept testing, moderated and unmoderated usability testing, surveys, desk research and competitive reviews.
• Turn findings into actionable deliverables with prioritised insights and journey maps.
• Present and defend findings to audiences from working level to senior stakeholders.
