Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive the delivery of our payments platforms as part of a major transformation program in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, migrate schemes into the new platform, and partner with business and product teams to align on priorities and roadmaps.

You will lead Technical Leads and a large, distributed team, shaping architecture and engineering practices while managing vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Transform traditional development organisations into high performance squads.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ developers.
• Deep experience in architecture, planning, advice, support and mentoring of developers, architects and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for payments platforms implementation during transformation.
• Ensure delivery of new payments platform and migration of country-specific schemes.
• Guide Technical Leads and senior IT professionals; collaborate with business and product teams.
• Drive roadmaps, strategies and implementation across the payments portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; manage governance and budget.
