Job summary

The role requires strong Java/microservices background and proven ability to coach teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and vendor governance, and ensure adherence to bank standards, quality gates, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive 12–15 years in delivering complex projects.
• Experience leading large delivery streams and architecture alignment.
• Strong Java development background with microservices expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from pre-project to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate multiple delivery streams to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships with governance.
• Provide technical leadership and stakeholder alignment across architecture, DevOps and security.
• Ensure quality gates and risk management across all streams.
