Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a senior technology delivery leader to oversee end-to-end projects and programs related to the CRM next-generation platform. You will guide cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with strategic business goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk governance, and the ability to drive cloud, digital transformation, and innovation in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects and programs for the CRM next-generation platform.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation and risk management.
• Oversee and manage multiple project teams, providing guidance and fostering high performance.
• Engage with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business needs.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency planning.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, ensuring adherence to methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report project progress, performance metrics, and financial health to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology delivery, processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and solution development.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure effective collaboration.
