Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee IT application development, maintenance, delivery and infrastructure setup. You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives such as Equities Trading and ETS platforms, while defining delivery plans and managing risks.

You will promote Agile/DevOps practices, govern solution design and manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and production readiness to ensure successful go-live and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related disciplines.
• At least 15 years of technology delivery experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud implementations and mobile app development.
• Strong technical knowledge across trading systems, market data platforms, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT application development, maintenance, delivery and infrastructure setup.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives (e.g., Equities Trading, ETS platforms).
• Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive Agile/DevOps practices aligned with UOB frameworks.
• Govern solution design, architecture and technical implementation.
• Ensure regulatory and security policy compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for production readiness.
