Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end transformation programs in Singapore, serving as single point of contact among business, operations and technology to shape roadmaps, governance and budgets for on-time delivery. Ideal candidate: 13+ years in banking, Master’s or Bachelor’s in engineering, business or finance, strong stakeholder management and communication.

Lean/Agile knowledge and CRM experience (MS Dynamics or similar) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or finance or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs and defining project roadmaps.
