Qualifications

• Must-have: strong SRE fundamentals and incident-response experience.
• Experience shaping SRE operating models and defining SLIs/OKRs.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without formal authority.
• Practical experience in cloud-native observability and chaos engineering tools.
