Job summary

AvePoint in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer (SRE) to manage and improve the reliability of our payments and securities settlement platforms. You will work on monitoring, incident response, and architecture documentation, aligning with security requirements and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, implement security hardening, define SLOs/SLIs, and support production systems through on-call rotations, with a focus on resilience, observability, and automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting payments and securities settlement systems.
• Experience in Application support/operations, or SRE/solution architecture.
• Knowledge of security principles and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and integration technologies.
• Experience with Java applications, SQL, and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain architecture with integration patterns and dependencies across the stack.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
• Ensure security hardening and regulatory compliance with infra and MAS/government standards.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and automated monitoring; perform on-call rotations for production stability.
