Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong platform engineering, DevOps, and production operations experience. You will design scalable, reliable systems and drive automation across the stack.

The role collaborates with development, infrastructure and operations teams in an Agile environment to improve resilience, implement observability, and establish best practices for incident response and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong Linux admin and scripting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and container orchestration.
• Hands-on observability and incident response.
• Proficient in cloud platforms and IaC tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of prod systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage containers.
• Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and dashboards.
• Integrate monitoring, SIEM, and incident workflows; participate in on-call.
• Define runbooks, escalation paths, and production support models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve resilience.
