Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. seeks a Vice President to lead Customer Management & Analytics Platform engineering. You will steer architecture, design and delivery of strategic CMA platforms enabling customer onboarding, relationship management and servicing at scale.

You will define technology strategy, drive modernization through microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while guiding incident investigations for reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology experience with hands-on software engineering and development experience.
• Proven track record leading software development teams and engineering organisations in banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale mission-critical platforms supporting customer-facing or operational banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and delivery of CMA platforms for customer onboarding, relationship management and servicing.
• Define platform technology strategy and engineering roadmaps aligned to IBGT and business objectives.
• Drive platform modernization using cloud-native tech, microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Guide solution architecture, code reviews and ensure scalability, security and reliability.
• Lead incident investigations and long-term corrective actions to improve platform resilience.
