Job summary

DBS Singapore is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive engineering, architecture and delivery for the Customer Management & Analytics platform in the Institutional Banking Group Technology (IBGT). You will shape the platform vision and lead a hands-on team across cloud-native engineering, microservices and security.

You will define roadmaps, oversee complex architectural decisions, and ensure resilient, scalable solutions while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology experience with hands-on software engineering and delivery.
• Proven track record leading software development teams in banking or financial services.
• Extensive experience as both a developer and developer lead across enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience delivering large-scale platforms for customer-facing or operational banking functions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and matrix organisational structures.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and succession planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and delivery of CMA platforms.
• Define platform technology strategy and engineering roadmaps.
• Drive platform modernisation using cloud-native tech, microservices and APIs.
• Review solution design, architecture and code for scalability and security.
• Lead incident investigations and long-term reliability improvements.
• Design GenAI/Agentic AI solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
