Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks an Aexeo Onboarding Vice President to lead client integration and service delivery across global engagements.

You will manage virtual teams and coordinate with Citco offices and technology groups to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. You will also drive business development efforts, support sales, and oversee complex onboarding projects including data migrations, vendor interfaces, and stakeholder management across senior levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or Finance required.
• 5+ years of people and resource management experience.
• 3+ years in client services within asset management.
• 7+ years in financial services industry.
• Interest in financial markets and hedge funds.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proven business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of listed and OTC products.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Team player mindset.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Middle Office experience desirable.
• PM qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding projects and service delivery.
• Manage virtual teams, training staff, and global standardization.
• Support sales with pitches, RFPs, and vendor info.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution on high‑risk projects.
• Coordinate data migrations and Third party setups.
• Maintain client relationships and business development involvement.
• Oversee project pipelines, deadlines, and reporting.
• Instruct/Extract data; oversee migrations to new vendor.
• Ensure proper client user setup and permissions.
