Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or IS
• CPA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute high priority client fund onboarding initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the global operating model
• Prepare client service plans and assess servicing needs
• Develop onboarding and transition plans and best practice models
• Liaise between Client staff & Accounting/Operations to onboard clients to Citco systems
• Coordinate with teams to meet client needs and regulatory controls
• Plan resources, recruit, coach and appraise team members
• Keep Senior Management informed of material issues
• Implement training and coaching initiatives
