Citco seeks a Vice President, Institutional Services to lead a growing team in Singapore. You will drive onboarding, client reporting, and procedural improvements while coordinating with global operations to meet client requirements and manage risk.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a professional designation.
• 5–7 years in Financial Services with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting.
• 3–5 years of staff management experience.

Aufgaben

• Work within a newly established team to establish best practice protocols for top tier client service.
• Collaborate with Client Integration and operations teams during client onboarding.
• Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure awareness of client requirements and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with client leadership and other functions involved in administering a complex client base.
• Emphasize escalation and complaints management within the team and department.
• Review departmental procedures and supervise adherence to policies.
• Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines for timely delivery.
• Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation.
• Actively manage operational risk with monthly KPI reporting and executive status updates.
• Develop broad understanding of Citco business lines and services.
• Monitor day-to-day processes across departments for timely, accurate processing.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
