Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Singapore is seeking an Executive Vice President for Institutional Services to scale operations, drive performance and deliver superior service to strategic clients.

You will lead a global delivery model, oversee onboarding initiatives, and ensure alignment with risk controls and client outcomes, collaborating with Sales, IT and executive teams to sustain Citco’s market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation.
• 10–15 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
• 8–10 years’ experience managing staff.
• In-depth experience in Fund exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments.
• In-depth understanding of Fund Administration, ideally with exposure to Private Equity and/or Real Assets.
• Excellent grasp of Citco’s technology platforms or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in leading significant client onboardings.
• Experience working with and overseeing both onshore and offshore operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Scale operations, enhance controls, and maintain high service quality for strategic clients.
• Lead a multidisciplinary, global delivery model with standardized processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Operations, IT and admin functions.
• Oversee onboarding initiatives and client relationship management.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor risk, compliance, and governance across funds under remit.
