Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking an Executive Vice President for Institutional Services to scale operations, strengthen controls, and drive strategic growth for key clients in APAC.

You will lead a global delivery model, oversee onboarding initiatives, manage cross-border teams, and partner with sales, IT, and leadership to deliver consistent client outcomes and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting, finance, economics, or professional accounting designation.
• 10–15 years in Financial Services with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting.
• 8–10 years managing staff and leading cross-border teams.
• Experience with private equity and hedge funds; understanding fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships and onboarding initiatives.
• Oversee multi-location operations and offshore/onshore teams.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
