• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives in complex regulated environments.
• Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience building data products, self-service platforms, or PaaS for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products and Data-as-a-Service.
• Define data product operating model including ownership, lifecycle, governance, and value measurement.
• Shape and prioritise high-value data use cases with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Promote a product-led approach to data delivery across the bank.
• Lead the data enablement shopfront with data services, training, and user support.
• Oversee engineering, curation, and publication of datasets and data products for decisioning.
• Partner with tech to ensure production-grade, secure, and well-documented data products.
• Define adoption pathways and governance controls for enterprise data initiatives.
• Establish a Data Products Centre of Excellence and repeatable delivery frameworks.
• Balance governance with speed to value in a regulated banking environment.
